Booking & Deposit

To officially reserve your date and time:

• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• The remaining balance is due on or before your session date.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 72 hours of the

session may result in loss of deposit.

• In the event of illness, severe weather, or an emergency,

your session will be rescheduled to the next available date.

Session & Delivery

Your experience is built around comfort and creativity.

• Please arrive on time and prepared; late arrivals shorten the session and cannot be extended.

• The photographer’s artistic vision and editing style are trusted and final.

• Edited digital images are delivered via an online gallery within 2–4 weeks of the session date.

• RAW or unedited images are not included or available for purchase.

Copyright & Personal Use

All images remain the copyrighted property of the photographer under U.S. law.

Clients are granted personal-use rights to print, post, and share their images for enjoyment and keepsakes.

You may:

• Share images on social media with credit to:  Bea Moore Photography.

• Print and display photos for personal or family use.

You may not:

• Sell, edit, alter, or use images for business or advertising

without written consent.

Headshots & Branding

(Commercial License)

For headshot, branding, or business sessions, you receive a non-exclusive commercial license allowing use of images for:

• Websites, professional profiles, and digital portfolios

• Marketing materials, brochures, and business cards

• Social media and press releases promoting you or your business

Restrictions:

• Images may not be resold, sub-licensed, transferred to third parties, or used in paid advertising or product packaging without written permission.

• The photographer retains the right to use all images for portfolio, marketing, and social media display, unless privacy is requested

in writing before the session.

Model Release

By booking your session, you grant the photographer permission to use your likeness and images in marketing materials, portfolio displays, website galleries, studio samples, and social media posts.

If you prefer your images remain private, you may request a Model Release Opt-Out in writing before or at the time of your session. Your privacy will always be respected, and your images will not be shared publicly.

Liability

Every effort is made to create and deliver beautiful images. In the rare event of technical malfunction, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond control, the photographer’s liability is limited to the refund of all payments received.

The photographer is not responsible for weather, location restrictions, or uncooperative behavior that may impact results.

Privacy Opt-Out

Clients who prefer complete privacy may opt out of portfolio or social sharing by emailing beamoorephotography@gmail.com before the session.

Please include your full name, session date, and the phrase “Privacy Opt-Out” in the subject line.

Agreement

By booking a session, submitting a deposit, or confirming a date via text, website, or email, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Photography Booking Agreement in its entirety.

Proceeding with your booking or payment confirms

your acceptance of these terms.
